Parenting Tips
The Exams season is here again. A lot of our years 5 and 6 children will be taking one entrance exams or the other.
Exams can be stressful for the most prepared students, and unfortunately, exam anxiety can have a negative impact on their performance. Just tell your child not to worry does not work. Parents can help, however, by encouraging their children to find ways of relaxing, knowing what the word says about their situation and by helping them prepare adequately before exams.
In the next couple of weeks, I will be bringing you tips on how you can help your child(ren) ease their exam anxiety. Please watch out for those tips. Remember, our children are on top only and not beneath.
